Personality: From appearance Kyoshiro seems like a laid back kind of person, which he is. Kyo likes to put on the tough guy act around most people, but it's really just a farce to attract women. He is uncomfortable around nude or immodestly dressed women despite the "tough guy" image he tries to maintain. He is someone who is calm and very nice, that is until he's in a fight. He usually won’t use his Magic against a weak opponent and will mainly stick with using his Gun.

Unlike some mages and Witches Kyo doesn’t just have his Supporter do the fighting; he fights alongside her. He holds a high appreciation for life and everything it has to offer. While still maintaining a vivid focus of the things he wants to do and the places he wants to go in life. He avoids fighting whenever possible, but if it is absolutely necessary he likes to stand up for the weaker and oppressed party as opposed to whoever appears to be a bully. Unfortunately for most though he has a very clear conception of right and wrong and often won't involve himself in fights for the hopeless because he doesn't want to stand up for someone who deserves getting beaten up.

He also is someone who will use any opening his opponent leaves to his advantage if he can, he is a person who also loves to fight and when on mission where he is most likely to be attacked he will go after the strongest one and take him/her out. Being raised by a hard headed man, Kyo had gained a strong determination. When he has a goal he won't stop until he reaches that goal no matter what, even if the fat lady starts singing he just won't give up. He is willing to fight for whatever he believes in, Kyo is a dangerous man to those who stand in his way.

Ability: Psychokinesis: This is Kyo's most powerful and destructive ability. This is the most powerful form of telekinesis. This allows Kyo to do multiple things with his mind such as move, lift, agitate, vibrate, spin, bend, break, impact, speed up, and slow down objects. This is possible by him moving matter at the micro or macro levels with his mind. He is also able to phases through solid objects and create astral projections of himself to confuse his enemies. He can even project his thoughts to a person, helping to create plans without the enemy’s knowledge.

History: Kyo was born into a family of archers and since he was little trained heavily in acquiring almost god-like accuracy. It wouldn’t be until he turned five that he would start exhibiting magical power and would be informed of his families secret. He was born into a family of Mages who had once served royal families, but that tradition had been ended due to it having been many years since anyone in his family was born with the ability to use Mana.

So Kyo was sent to train under a witch who had been close friends with Kyo’s father. During his training Kyo would come to prove himself to be quite the natural. He would soon discover he had the ability known as Psychokinesis, which was quite rare among mages and witches. Some evil witches would come to find out about Kyo’s existence and his power and attempted to kill him. Kyo would be no match for the witches and would end up being saved by two A-class Witch Hunters, but they hadn’t managed to arrive in time to save Kyo’s master. Since then Kyo returned with the mages to the WH HQ and would join the ranks of WH and would start of as a B class mage and work his way up to an A-class.

teleportation is off, at least instant teleportation. People can abuse it for perfect dodging, we dont want 'blinking' anywhere you want. phazing through objects is okay as long as it only works on physical objects. (meaning things like a fireball spell or magically charged attacks will do something.)
