The Assistant

[Holiday]

Kali came running down the streets of Toron, she looked around everywhere for someone who fit Leneor's description. She asked several people where he could possibly have gone, she didn't want to fail this assignment, otherwise she would have to resort to other places to find Elena and the others. She looked around, and by sheer luck, she found Leneor leaving an inn, she ran up to him.

"Thank...goodness...I...found...you" Kali heaved, pretending to be exhausted, she had to put up a good facade of being weak and frail. She bowed down in respect for him, she began to speak with a nervous speech "I-It is a pleasure to meet you Mr. Areos, m-m-m-my name is Kali, I-I was assigned by WH to be your travelling assistant. P-Please take care of me!!!"

[Areos]

For a moment Leneor looked like he wouldn't see the beautiful woman next to him, then he turned towards her smiling.

"oh, hi there. It's quite surprising that am given a traveling assistant, I'm just a mercenary after all, but oh well. If They want to assign someone to me i guess that will be fine. Well, i'm heading back towards the headquater, so you could have stayed there aswell. " he turned around and started walking. He looked strangely cheerful, but to someone who did not know him it would surely not seem suspicious at all.

"If you want to catch up to me, you gotta be a little faster, you know?" he yelled backwards while walking.

"Y-Yes Sir!" Kali spoke nervously as she ran next to Leneor's side. She began to walk beside him, she jittered and fiddled with her tie. "Umm I may not be able to be of any help in battle but I can turn invisible and hide if you need me to"

Inside Kali sighed, she didn't enjoy acting this way but she needed to act weak. She had signed up as a gray class and she scored above average in the intelligence score, just in case. In short, to anyone who didn't know who she really was, they would think she was a beautiful girl with average ability and brains. She also acted nervous and easily frightened in order to add to the illusion. In this guise she was completely different from her own personality.

"Also, I am good at finding things but I have no other none household skills than that" Kali added "I might not be of help but I am determined to do anything you need me to, I can cook, clean and things like that too"

[Areos]

"that..." he made a short pause "... will most likely not be neccessary realy. If you insist you can show up at my room once in a while, but i do not own much, so you will not be in dire need of doing any housework. So you can just do whatever you desire to, you decide."

He had to play his role for now, and this new greyclass did seem nice. If there hadn't been far more important things on his mind, he probably would have shown her around or something like that - he somehow had started to find a liking in quite a few WH members. He kept smiling though - he aswell kept up a facade.

"And no need to cook for me either, i'm quite used preparing my own food, and WH offers some stuff aswell." He added as he approached the great WH building. "By the way, i'll be heading towards the Boy's dorms right away, still got something to do back in my room, so byebye in advance."

"S-sorry Sir but I can't leave you alone, I must stay with you at all times, I-I also have to keep hidden that I have to watch what you do, b-but I couldn't keep it quiet. I-I was told to watch every move you make and report it to the council. I don't know why but I must stay you wherever you go, I cannot let you out of my sight" Kali stuttered and mumbled with a meek and nervous voice. "Please let me do my job, they said it was the only way for someone like me to join WH, if I let you go I might not be able to work and my family will be poor and I have to go do shady business and I might meet some strange guy and he'll do things to me and totally ruin my life!!" Kali pretended to panic and worry, pacing and sweating heavily. She collapsed to her supposed stress and panic.

[Areos]

The girl is stubborn. too stubborn. he cursed in his mind. Why of all time would WH suddenly start watching him? The girl was suspicious, but he couldn't meddle with that matter. He didn't speak much as he walked further onwards.

He glanced upwards, mumbeling to himself. "low airpressure, tonight will be a stormy night. fitting since tommorows my birthday, eh?"
