Leneor remained fully uncioncious, but despite his condition somehing descended from him, most of it was impossible to understand,but the parts he mumbled properly made luthien beam, and ignite her strength once again. He was stabilizing.
By now she had dragged him all the way into Asgard - it hadnt been far away, and now there were several rookie witches seeking refuge in the abandoned town. In a way it became quite lively in the place called ghost town. It had never fully been a ghost town anyway, there were no spooks or dead ghosts - in fact the town looked entirely intact, just that pretty much nobody was there.

She would probably have to find one of the accessible houses, breaking open a door would not have been possible for her in that state. And the other witches would defend their houses surely. What she needed was a little bit of luck now.

"hey you, girl, get him over here." an old rusty voice suddenly yelled out for lycan. In the doorway of one of the houses there was a dwarf - well, she had never met a dwarf, but the man perfectly fit the description of one. A sturdy built, rather small, a big beard and a pipe coming from his mouth that made smoke go up into the skies.

Luthien was reluctant, but the man seemed to know Leneor, it was not like she would have been able to drag Leneor much further anyway. Halfway to the house the dwarf took Leneor off of her and carried him inside, heading for the second level. Luthien wasn't too steady on her feet, so she fell into the chair near the fireplace. She didn't even bother to close the door behind her.
The dwarf came several minutes later back, closed the door and put a new brick in the fire.

"So the boy realy did it, a pity. He wanted it the very day he had returned - sending him to live with the network and forget this place didn't help either I'd say."
"huh? Um,... sorry mister, but how long do you know Leneor-sama."
"Leneor-sama? Don't tell me you already figured it out? Well, I know the boy since he's a child, been his protector quite a while, he returned to t'is here village after fleeing from the tower. Cared for him at first, but send him to live with the Network later. T'was saver for him." The 'dwarf' breathed out some smoke from his pipe, watching the fire. Luthien looked a bit puzzled about his first few words though.

Leneor lay in bed yet still unconcious - he had been dreaming, or at least something close to that. He was in a way making up for all those years not knowing of his descendence. All his memories were closed off, he had never been able to confront himself with everything in his past.

Everything from the life in the castle and later in the village, up in the tower and his rampage - he had killed several people. He even forced Äeon to abandon him...
slowly he opened his eyes - he was fully bandaged around the body, and there was an ache going through it every time he moved some part of his a little. He was bound to watch the wooden ceiling.

below Luthien had rashly looked upwards, a feeling like a pulse intended to tell her something.
"Oh, is he awake?" The old dwarf spoke.
"Wh-...? Did you feel that odd sensation aswell?"
"Oh, no not realy, but since you consider yourself a servant of his and he accepts you, a bond has been created that informs you about crucial information. Its the true reason for royal blood to be explained, few people who are predeterminded to rule. Since Leneor is a heir to the throne of both this area and probably only heir to the throne of germania - and you are his servant, of course you would notice something like this."
Luthien had jumped out of her seat halfway through the dwarfs speech, and rushed upwards. The dwarf followed unhurridly.

"haaa..." Leneor breathed out long. He had a lot to make up for, he had dragged the other witches, lycan, and that woman called Kali into it all. On top of that Luthien was back at the pathway, but Kali and Lycan proved that she would have been beaten, would that mean...
"Leneor-sama! you're alright!" Luthien beamed at him standing in the doorway.

Leneor looked at Luthien in surprise, he even ignored the stinging as he lifted himself up. But seeing how she was wounded everywhere, and her wobbly stance as she held herself up at the doorframe, he regretted leaving her to stand her ground against several enemies. He looked down onto the blanket, he hurt someone close to him and killed many others. he had seen Kali survive by being thrown into another dimension, but...
"I'm sorry. i'm at fault for you being injured. I must have dragged several people into deaths lair with my last attack..." Leneor held his hand before his face, self-hatred hit him as he started sobbing.

Luthien rushed atthe side of his back, grabbing his other arm.
"I don't mind what you did, and i don't care what happened to this body of mine - I'll do whatever Leneor-sama expects from me, any order even if it were my death sentence, your trust and being allowed to stand by your side and help you is all I need. Please Leneor, its not important if you k-"

The dwarf had interrupted her this time.
"Indeed boy, there's no need for sobbing, your little explosion 'nly spread a few hundred meters, something blocked it from swallowing more than what resided within that shield. Everyone including you was probably teleported outside - this girl here carried you here, you should thank her."
Leneor looked up.
"Belmond?"
"yes indeed small one." the old dwarf grinned. Leneor let go of a long sigh. At least he kept the causalties down, or rather Äeon did... Äeon...

"you killed her right? then stop being gloomy!" Luthien suddenly sputtered out.
"huh?" was Leneors onyl response, the dwarf remained still.
"You killed your witch, you no longer have that burden on you, you even survived despite all odds - you can live your life finaly, without all that to drag you down. You're supposed to smile now!" Luthien lectured him. Even if you lost i dont know how much, even if you betrayed some kind of vow of yours, be happy dammit!"

... silence ...

"you're... probably right." Leneor smiled faintly, it wasn't a happy smile realy, but it had a tranquility within itself.
"Instead of discussing everything out right here, you two should get some rest." Belmond added after a few seconds. "including you miss - theres another bed in the next room."
"I'll stay with Leneor" Luthien insisted.
"Girl, i wont have you sleep on the hard ground, and i doubt ye can drag the bed from the next room he'er. And one bed is obviously too small for two people." Belmond explained. Upon these words Luthien stormed out of the room into the next one. At first it seemed Belmond had convinced her, but the sound of wood on regular small impulses being scrapped over the wooden ground said otherwise.
"Belmond? please just put a few sheets next to my bed, she shouldn't wear herself out more." Leneor asked the small man holding his handpalm to his face.

A couple of minutes later Luthien was lying on a makeshift bed (reminding strongly of a futon) on the ground beside Leneors bed, despite the akwards silence she seemed happy that she got her will. Leneor lay down looking at the ceiling, the pain inside him was slowly residing, but it had still remained. From below there were some noises like cooking and boiling water - Belmond was cooking.

Out of the silence Leneor suddenly began speaking.
"You know... This is the house i've been living in before everything happened. I remember things lately, and even though some stuff is still kind off unsure, i remember my time in this village. This area is extraordinary, few people know this, but in the deepest of winter this village defies all logic. *snicker* I remember from my childhood on, around December there were green hills and a blinding bright sun - even though it was windy and icy cold outside. Back then..." he continued telling Luthien about his past, she listened intendly.

For the rest of the day and night both remained in bed, in theory they would need a couple of more nights for recovering, even with the use of Belmonds stash of healing elixiers. Nevertheless Leneor had already decided to use the next day to get out of bed an revisit the tower.
He didn't realy have a proper reason, but he wanted to at least take a look at what happened. He knew from Luthien about the big sphere of energy surrounding the village and tower, and judging from what he knew the place would most likely not be possible to enter.

Belmond remained at the house, while Luthien followed Leneor like a bodyguard. Both were in a better condition, but only enough to last a few hours outside, excluding snowstorms or fights that might turn up. They had reached the purple-ish zone rather fast, making a small camp there.

"we should not stay long." Luthien commented. Leneor was pondering, ignoring her request to return again.
"I'll try entering it." he finaly concluded.
"what?! A-are you sure? this purple nether (she describes the fog-like Manamovement) looks poisonous, several witches entered this place and just collapsed, just sticking my hand inside earlier seemed to burn off my arm."
"Yeah... I know. But all of them might have been targeted because they have Mana to attract this nether. I dont." Leneor explained.
"But you're still human, you're frailer than before, adding to your physical condition."
"Being human might just be the only reason i CAN enter this."
Leneor took out the ropes Belmond had given them 'just in case' and bound them together into one big one. The end he attacked to his waist, fixating it.

"pull the rope every once in a while, if i dont pull back then get my out, ok?" Leneor put his hand into the sphere while telling Luthien what to do. It was tingeling, but other than that he felt ok. Luthien nodded with a worried look, she didnt approve of it, but Leneor had asked her to do it for him so she did.

Leneor fully entered the sphere and expected to have hardships with breathing, but it worked out fine. He checked his body but the 'nether' didnt seemd to show any bad effects on him. He walked on into the village that was swept out of life, the buildings were slowly dissolving into Mana, like an extremely slow acid gorging through the material. Hopefully I won't fall victim to that. he thought.
